Job description

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will play a key role in advising clients and designing ServiceNow solutions that meet their business needs. You will work closely with customers to research, design and develop innovative ServiceNow solutions to further improve their business processes. You will also support ServiceNow developers as well as project and commercial teams in designing ServiceNow solutions and providing cost and effort estimates. You are co-responsible for the overall design of innovative ServiceNow solutions and organize design workshops with both internal and external stakeholders to improve the user experience and acceptance of the ServiceNow platform. You will prepare prototypes in our ServiceNow demo environments and conduct demo sessions around our proposed ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Advising customers and designing ServiceNow solutions;
  • Support developers, project and commercial teams in designing ServiceNow solutions;
  • Make recommendations for effective and cost-efficient workflows;
  • Co-responsible for the overall design of innovative ServiceNow solutions;
  • Organize design workshops to improve user experience and acceptance of the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

  • HBO work and thinking level, preferably a background in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field;
  • At least B2 Dutch and fluent in English (both spoken and written);
  • Approximately 3 years of experience designing, configuring, testing, implementing and/or maintaining ServiceNow or other Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) technology platforms and associated integrations, having worked with at least 3 different ServiceNow modules;
  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification;
  • Experience designing solution architectures for one or more of the following ServiceNow applications: ITx (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, SecOps or GRC), Employee (HR Service Delivery) or Customer (Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or Field Service Management (FSM));
  • Experience with platform implementations, migrations and/or upgrade projects;
  • Preferably additional ServiceNow (CIS, Suite or Micro), ITIL, IT4IT or SIAM certifications;
  • Experience with SAFe and Agile/ Scrum;
  • Experience with Multi Service Provider (MSP) solutions based on ServiceNow.
