Job description
As a Senior Financial Officer, you will work in a team serving Dutch and international clients on their financial reporting needs. You are comfortable communicating with clients regarding their financial reporting and have a hands-on approach to achieve high quality reporting. Preparation of statutory financial statements, tax reporting and interim financial reporting are part of your expertise and responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of statutory financial statements (Dutch GAAP / IFRS);
- Preparation of various tax returns (VAT,Dividend tax, VPB, Income tax);
- Communication with tax advisors to ensure compliance and quality of reporting;
- Communication and reporting to De Nederlandsche Bank;
- Preparation of (interim) financial reporting;
- Fund administration and fund reporting of (real estate) funds.
Qualifications
- HBO+ degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP.
- Knowledge of fund administration related to real estate and financial receivables.
- Knowledge of effective and efficient, digital, administrative organization (incl. Excel, Exact, AFAS, etc.).
- Knowledge of project management and responsibility model such as RACI.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, in addition to native Dutch.
- Certificate regarding trust services and/or AML requirements would be a nice addition.
