This organization is a is one of the leading companies in its industry in the Netherlands and develops multiple digital products with large amounts of data. In this position you will be part of their data analytics & research team within the Data Unit. Here you will work with analysts & researchers to create insights and value.
Job description
As the person responsible for improving the customer experience, you have the freedom to take your own initiatives. You translate business needs into analyses and proposals, and guide various teams within Marketing with advice. You manage various data streams and optimize the entire process from extraction to analysis of data. In doing so, you work with Data Platform Engineers to translate business requirements into solutions.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into analyses and proposals: You are responsible for understanding business needs and turning them into data analytics and proposals. In doing so, you contribute to improving customer experiences the overall business performance.
- Supervision ofMarketing Teams: You will advise and guide various teams within Marketing based on your data analytics. This means you will optimize marketing efforts by sharing insights from data and making strategic recommendations.
- Management of various data streams: It is your responsibility to manage various data streams. This may include collecting, cleaning and organizing data so that it can be used for analysis and reporting.
- Data Analysis Process Optimization: You will ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the entire process from extracting data to analyzing it. This may include collaboration with Data Platform Engineers to develop solutions that meet business requirements.
- Use of data visualization tooling: You have experience with data visualization tooling, preferably Tableau. This means you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and informative reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders in the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst;
- Command of both Dutch and English language;
- Extensive experience with SQL;
- Experience with data visualization tooling (Tableau preferred);
- Key soft skills: proactive, curious and results-oriented.
