Job description
As Junior Financial Officer, you will work in a team to serve Dutch and international clients regarding their financial reporting needs. You communicate easily with clients regarding their financial reporting and have a hands-on approach to achieve high quality reporting. Compiling statutory financial statements, tax reporting and interim financial reporting for management information purposes are part of your expertise and responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Compilation of statutory financial statements (Dutch GAAP / IFRS);
- Compile various tax returns (VAT, Dividend Tax, Corporation Tax, Income Tax);
- Communication with tax advisors to ensure compliance and quality of reporting and reporting to De Nederlandsche Bank;
- Preparation of (interim) financial reporting;
- Funds administration and reporting of (real estate) funds.
Qualifications
- HBO+ degree in Finance/Accounting;
- Knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP;
- Knowledge of fund administration related to real estate and financial receivables;
- Knowledge of effective and efficient, digital, administrative organization (incl. Excel, Exact, AFAS, etc.);
- Knowledge of project management and responsibility allocation models such as RACI;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, in addition to native Dutch;
- A certificate related to trust services and/or AML requirements.
