Our partner in The Hague, a leading player in the dynamic e-commerce sector, is currently looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant. In this exciting time of growth and transformation within the organization, the focus is on ensuring a secure IT environment and seamlessly integrating (cyber) security policies.
Job description
As an IAM Consultant, you will be part of a close-knit team and bear responsibility for several crucial aspects, such as implementing security policies, addressing complex security challenges, converting functional requirements into technical solutions, and advising business, IT and management alike. In addition, you will continuously work on developing your own knowledge and innovation within the field of security and information security.
Responsibilities
- Taking the current IAM landscape to the next level;
- Analyze problems, threats and other stumbling blocks within the business and generate solutions and alternatives based on these;
- Preparation of opinions, requirements, solution designs;
- Preparation of roadmap, departmental plans, changes and their realization;
- Manage and monitor requirements during projects;
- Function as a sparring partner to managers, project team members and business departments;
- Follow (new) developments related to the business and retrieve needs and expectations;
- Advising on (business) issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a similar role;
- Ability to transform business needs into technical solutions;
- Solid expertise in IAM (indispensable!);
- Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA);
- Skill in leading and maintaining relationships with stakeholders;
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch.
