For one of our clients we are looking for a Cyber Security Consultant. Our client, based near The Hague, is focused on the insurance and consultancy market.
Job description
Within this organization you can develop your passion for Cyber Security in practice and you will be guided by experienced colleagues who can make you an expert in this field. You will advise other organizations on the importance of cyber resilience and what role insurance and other precautions can play in this.
Responsibilities
- Cyber Security Consultancy: As a Cyber Security Consultant, you will be responsible for advising other organizations on the importance of cyber resilience. You must be able to analyze complex security problems and recommend solutions that fit clients' specific needs;
- Knowledge Development: You have the responsibility to continually develop and update your knowledge of Cyber Security. This includes following the latest trends, threats and security protocols to always be aware of the latest developments in the field;
- Project-based Work: In this role, you must have experience in project-based work. You will be responsible for planning, executing and managing security projects for clients. This requires a structured approach and effective communication with stakeholders;
- Certifications and Compliance: Holding and maintaining relevant certifications in Risk or Security is a responsibility to validate your expertise and demonstrate that you are up to date with best practices and standards in Cyber Security;
- Communication Skills: Good command of both Dutch and English, both oral and written, is essential. You must be able to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to clients and write reports.
Qualifications
- Have completed a relevant university degree;
- Are passionate about Cyber Security;
- Preferably have work experience in consulting and project-based work;
- Holds certifications in the area of Risk or Security;
- Have good command of the Dutch and English languages (verbal and written).
