Job description

As a Client Support Officer, you will support the Corporate & Legal Services team with administrative and communication processes. You will be responsible for continuity within the team and deal with various administrative tasks, such as (legal) transactions, opening and closing of bank accounts, payment processes and client contacts in English.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support for (legal) transactions, such as share transfers, filing financial statements with the Chamber of Commerce and preparation of standard documents;
  • Participate in the administrative process of opening and closing bank accounts with all required compliance documents;
  • Provide information on incoming payments (TransactionMonitoring), communicate and prepare outgoing payments for authorization;
  • Customer contacts, mainly in English, on processes such as sending legal documents via courier, providing information on various status requests on pending cases;
  • Prepare client invoices, request funds to secure payments to creditors and our own fees.

Qualifications

  • MBO/HBO level of education;
  • High level of communication skills, both oral and written, especially in English;
  • Good communicator with strong social skills;
  • Team player, but also able to work independently on assigned tasks;
  • Accurate and stress-resistant;
  • Reliable and strong personality with a hands-on approach;
  • Driven to maintain and improve the quality of processes and company standards.
