Due to growth, the company is looking for reinforcement to lead creative projects and drive the creative vision within the organization. This organization aims to contribute to the success of several leading automotive brands by creating impactful content that aligns with the brand identity. The team is constantly challenged to develop innovative solutions for clients in the areas of AI tool and virtual productions.
Job description
As an Art Director with this organization, you will lead the artistic process and direct the creative vision in creating impactful content. You will be responsible for overseeing projects, managing the creative team, and ensuring consistency in branding and messaging. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative and effective creative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative process and direct the artistic vision in developing relevant content.
- Coordinate the creative team and ensure effective collaboration between different disciplines such as design, photography and video production.
- Ensure all content meets the client's brand identity and message, and maintain consistency across all expressions.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and expectations and translate them into creative solutions that meet their goals.
- Contribute to exploring new technologies and trends in the creative sector, and drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as an Art Director or similar creative leadership role, preferably within the Mobileits industry or a related field.
- Excellent creative skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to conceptualize and translate concepts into effective visual content.
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
- Proven experience leading creative projects from concept to completion, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of and interest in the latest developments in creative technologies and trends, such as virtual production and AI tooling, and willingness to apply this knowledge to the work.
