Since April 2021, Bravoure and DIQQ have joined forces and achieved 35 successful placements. To mark this success, we spoke to Kim Krauwel, Managing Partner at Bravoure. A few years ago, the recruitment world was less hectic. Companies, such as Bravoure, posted vacancies on their own platforms and received plenty of responses. At the time, using recruiters felt redundant. But when Bravoure started focusing on attracting senior talent, the value of partners like DIQQ became visible.
With the changing times, the labor market for development roles became increasingly competitive. “We noticed that we weren't always able to fill the vacancies via our own channels. Fortunately, we still have people who come to us directly, but it has now become 50/50. In addition, candidates often have multiple interviews, so things can go wrong even in the negotiation phase.”
